New Beginnings

There’s always something exciting about a new house, new hairstyle, new relationship. I think it’s the fact that maybe we get accustomed to the norm, and so any slight change to how we live and or interact is usually most welcomed. Some people usually welcome change very openly, while some are very skeptical and might even try to avoid the ‘new’ for fear of what it might bring. If your coming from an abusive relationship, yes you might be tired from all the fighting from the previous relationship, but truth be told, most people will avoid relationships for fear of being hurt the second time, they say once beaten, twice shy.

Every new beginning has its own challenges, hardships that come our way as we start fresh, the determinant factor will be, how ready are you to face them? Will you be deterred? will you loose hope? or will you push forward until you have attained your achievement? Truth is nothing comes easy in life, nothing, we all have to work hard to achieve that which we so desire. Spending sleepless nights working our brains out, taking an extra hour just to balance the books, balancing marriage, children, homework and work; its not easy, but its got to be done. The feeling that we get thereafter, when we achieve, is indescribable!

The same way that we hustle our way into this life to make ends meet, is the same way that we need to be hustling to achieve and receive the crown of life from our Father in Heaven, to hear Him say, “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness! Matthew 25:23. We will pass through the water, storms, fire, but He has given us the assurance in Isaiah 43:2 “When you pass through the waters, i will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames wilt set you ablaze. Therefore as we walk and take a journey in this life, let us not give up, let us continue working out our salvation with fear and trembling, Philippians 2:12 Don’t give up for fear of what people will say about you, He who was from the beginning will reward you for being faithful to His Word and commandments.
May you spring forth and bear much fruit!
Blessings!!
