What would you like to be remembered for?

We have heard great men and women walk the face of this earth, from all walks of life. They are long dead and buried, but their good works and deeds still follow them. You will here people say, your generous like “mother Teresa”. Though you will never and can never be mother Teresa, you will be identified with her because of your good work. Dr. Myles Munroe said, that when you die, you should die empty, having given your all and having done what you were called to do by our father.

So what would you like to be remembered for? The book of Mathew 25:35-36 says, For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.

It’s the simplest of things on earth that really matter. Food, clothes, water and shelter. We all can never be equal, but where you can’t, someone else can. And where you can, maybe the other person can’t, but when we come together as a team and join our hands and our resources, then the work becomes easy!! We can help and uplift each other in society and God will bless us. I don’t know about you but I want to be remembered as a woman who served God in every area and every aspect in life. What about you, what would you like to be remembered for?

Young men and women are dying at such a young age, shot by the police because they are gangsters. They have chosen the easy way out, but on their funeral we still say “they weren’t gangsters”? How now? People want to accept what the so called “superstars” are advocating, instead of following the word of God. Mylie Cyrus burnt the Bible in one of her concerts and the young men & women cheered at her, she went on to say that she did that so that people can become tolerant of each other? If it’s bad it’s bad and it shouldn’t be termed as good just because it’s a “celebrity” doing it. I urge all the young people to stand up and be counted for what they believe in, for the word of God. Let’s not be swayed here and there by this world, which is just passing by!! That when we leave this world, you will be remembered as a person who impacted and changed the world for Jesus! ! That’s all that matters
