Security!!

Our eyes can only see the physical around us, we don’t have the slightest clue as to what happens around us in the spiritual realm, but the truth is battles are being fought all around us. God is a remarkable loving God who looks at us with gentle eyes, but who fights for us in the spiritual realm! When the enemy tries to harm us, He doesn’t smile at the enemy, but fights him on our behalf. 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

When we know who we are, when we know whom we serve, even when the enemy tries to shake us, we will look at him straight into his eyes without flinching because we know that, Greater is He that is in us, than he that is in the world 1st John 4:4. When you are a child of God, you have His mark, your protected by the blood of Jesus, which means when the enemy looks at you, all he sees is the blood! They say ‘you don’t know what you have until you loose it,’ well I say, when you find Jesus, you find what you’ve being missing all along. He’s the piece to the missing puzzle, that you’ve being looking for all your life.

We don’t need to walk around this life like someone who has just being rained on! cold, afraid and shaking! however, we need to walk like people who have being called by the one and only true God, a people who know their God, strong enough to do exploits Daniel 11:32. The best example of knowing who you are is seen through the eyes of a child; children have confidence in their parents, they know that when they are near their parents, they are protected, when they get tied, their parents carry them, when they are sick, the parents attends to them, when they are hungry, they are fed! There is security, love, comfort all locked up into this parent and a child usually sees it! Now how much more does God loves us? how much more does He care for us? How much is His Grace and Mercy towards us? Unfailing, never changing, new every morning, Great is His Faithfulness!

Security is one of the most important aspects of our lives, that said, we get insurance for our lives, insurance for old age, for our children’s education and so many other policies. Question is this, do you have an insurance policy after you die? well, if you didn’t know there is such a policy, then you better get Jesus, who is this life and beyond! When Jesus is your cover, then everything else falls into place, however, when you don’t have a policy cover for this life that you live and beyond, then woe unto you, because the Bible says, on the day of Judgement, those whose names will not be found in the Lambs Book of life, will be thrown into the lake burning with fire and brimstone!
