Faith is the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen. Throughout the Bible we are reminded time and time again to have Faith in God, and we see many people who had faith in God and how He moved and worked miracles in their lives, through the faith that they had in Him. Nowhere have we ever seen, anyone who believed and trusted in God ever get disappointed, yes for some, it took time before God could answer them, but He came through.
I found the truth to life, I found the way to a life full of fulfilment and that way is through Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour. He says “come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 What Jesus is trying to tell us is this, pain and suffering will not stop because you give your life to Him, but He will carry you through the pain and sorrow, He will turn your ashes into beauty.
By faith Abraham together with his wife Sarah were able to get a child in good old age, and still by faith, Abraham was willing to sacrifice his only son Isaac to God. By faith, Noah trusted God, that the floods will come, will you trust Him by faith? will you believe in Him even when it doesn’t make any sense? or will you doubt Him! The Bible says, without Faith, it is impossible to please God, because how do we say that we love God whom we have not seen, and hate our brother whom we see. By faith we believe that God formed the universe, and put everything into being. It is only through faith and belief in God that we get through everything in life.
Today, let your faith rise, believe in Him who formed the world, He who sent His only Son to die for you, He who rose from the dead after 3 days, He who is coming back again, He who was from the beginning, who is right now and who is to come. He who holds our lives on the palms of His hands, He who formed us in our mothers womb, He is God and His Kingdom has no end. Come to Him, and experience a life of fulfilment, a life that is worth living.
