Fifth anniversary is here, the tears still roll, the heart still aches but the acceptance has finally come 💔 a painfull acceptance that I will never see my father on this side of earth ever again – that is the hardest thing to write, but it’s a truth I have battled with and it’s a truth that I will hold in my heart.
God is the architect of our lives, therefore trust Him. He sees the end from the beginning and weaves every detail for His glory. Even when we don’t understand His plans, we can trust that He is working for our good.
No one ever prepares you for the silence that follows after you have buried your loved one! Have you ever thought of how grief looks like in silence? What most people don’t see that only those who are grieving do? I’ll tell you. Reality dawns in!
Are leaders born or are leaders made? Leaders are both born and made. In essence, natural ability may open the door, but character, effort, and intentional development are what make someone truly effective.

They say, “you don’t know what you have until you lose it.” If I should say that life has taken me on the most interesting roller coaster ride of my life, I would not be lying. One of the biggest lessons in this journey has been to appreciate the moments that we might overlook at times and look at them as ‘normal’ and part of our daily lives, until we aren’t able to do any of them. Today, 18th of August 2024, I get to celebrate my birthday and now more than ever before I am so grateful for the gift of life. You know why?
